Your map hasn't arrived?

Every map is sent by hand, in under 30 minutes, from 7 am to 11 pm. Before writing to us, two reflexes:

  • The spam folder and the Promotions tab of your Gmail inbox: the access often lands there.
  • The address used for the order: that is where the access is sent.

Why a Gmail address?

The map opens in Google My Maps and the access is personal: it is granted to your Gmail address, and to nobody else. That is what protects the places.
